Sarah Dalton is a Senior Director in the EY-P Global Food and Agribusiness sector and a leader in the consumer wellness and cannabis industries focused on helping clients realize their strategic objectives, develop innovative offerings and make smart acquisitions. For the past fourteen years, Sarah has provided valuable insights on market entry and growth strategies, commercial due diligence and risk mitigation to consumer products companies.

Five years ago, Sarah became an entrepreneur within EY's global, 250,000-person strong organization by starting-up the hemp and cannabis sector center of excellence -- bringing together EY executives across service lines and geographies to service this growing sector.

She has developed cannabis market entry strategies and evaluated product portfolios to adopt new functional ingredients for multinational CPG clients in the alcohol, tobacco and food space.

She regularly assists private equity and other acquisitive clients in evaluating M&A opportunities, performing commercial due diligence, assessing risks and opportunities in investment targets, and analyzing complex accounting and finance matters.

She is a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and holds a Bachelors of Accounting and M.B.A. from Loyola University, New Orleans.
