Adriana De Marco is the Senior Director, Knowledge Management, Education & Innovation in the Toronto office. In this role, Adriana leads the development and implementation of strategies for leveraging the firm’s intellectual capital. She is responsible for the firm’s robust knowledge management program, has oversight of legal education, the National Training and Development Department, and library and information services. Adriana also leads the piloting and implementation of emerging legal technology solutions and processes that support lawyers in their practices.

Adriana is a member of the Knowledge Management & Innovation Committee. Adriana is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Toronto Legal Knowledge Management Group, Practical Law Canada Knowledge Management Advisory Board, Canadian Bar Association, and Ontario Bar Association. She obtained her certificate in Workplace Mental Health Leadership from Queen’s University in 2018. Adriana was a partner at a large national law firm where she practised civil litigation for 15 years, focusing on public authority litigation. Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, she worked in the knowledge management and innovation group at another major Canadian law firm.
