Aileen is responsible for developing and implementing an ambitious, forward-facing, client-driven Knowledge strategy, with a focus on how legal expertise, data and emerging technologies can be brought together to deliver better client outcomes.

Aileen has 25 years’ experience in knowledge and related areas at international law firms. She has a strong track record of implementing knowledge strategies, building and leading high-performing teams, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects. Her work includes advising on knowledge-driven solutions that address business challenges, as well as embedding new ways of working that integrate legal expertise with technology and innovation in a practical and sustainable way.

Aileen leads a team of lawyers, research and technology professionals who work closely with and within our practice areas. Knowledge plays a critical role at every stage of the client journey, shaping not only the quality of the advice we give, but also how that advice is delivered. This includes the thoughtful and practical use of evolving technologies, alongside deep legal expertise, to enhance insight, improve efficiency and support consistent, high-quality delivery.
