Angela Floessel is a seasoned legal operations executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation and efficiency in finance, pricing and project management.  Angela just recently joined Chapman and Cutler as their CFO . Prior to joining Chapman she served as the Managing Director of Client Value at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she led firmwide initiatives that integrate data analytics, pricing strategies, and client-focused solutions to enhance profitability and value delivery.  Prior to her tenure at Morrison & Foerster, Angela was CFO of the Chicago office and North American Pricing Director at Baker McKenzie, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing pricing models that aligned with client needs and market trends. Her strategic insights and leadership have consistently positioned firms at the forefront of legal service innovation. Angela's expertise is widely recognized in the legal industry. She has been a featured speaker at prominent conferences, including the Legal Value Network's webinar on "Legal Pricing & Project Management: Driving Law Firm Management, Budgeting, and Use of Data," where she discussed the impact of generative AI and evolving rate structures on law firm operations.  Her educational background includes a BA in Economics at University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana as well as certifications as an Accredited Legal Pricing Professional (ALPP) and an Accredited Legal Project Manager (ALPM).
