Ashley Christakis is a Legal Data Intelligence, legal operations, and eDiscovery leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate complex legal data challenges. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale litigation readiness, eDiscovery, legal technology, and operational initiatives across both highly regulated and high-growth environments. Ashley most recently served as Senior Manager of eDiscovery and Legal Operations at CrowdStrike, where she led programs spanning legal data strategy, operations, technology, and cross-functional collaboration. She is a founding member of the Legal Data Intelligence (LDI) initiative and has been an active contributor to advancing the industry's understanding of how legal data can drive more informed decision-making and business outcomes. In addition to her legal industry work, Ashley is a certified coach who partners with individuals navigating transitions, making important decisions, managing competing priorities, or asking what's next. Through thoughtful conversation, curiosity, and reflection, she helps clients gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
