Beth is Diversity & Inclusion Manager at HSF Kramer, covering the UK and EMEA regions of the global firm. Beth is the D&I lead for neurodiversity, working closely with the UK Neurodiversity Working Group within the Disability Network at HSF Kramer. Drawing on lived experience of dyslexia and a late ADHD diagnosis, Beth brings both professional expertise and personal passion to this work. Beyond HSF Kramer, Beth serves as co-chair of the Legal Neurodiversity Network, a cross-sector initiative dedicated to building community for neurodivergent individuals and allies, and promoting best practice across the legal industry.
