As the Chief Legal and Corporate Services Officer at Draganfly Inc., I lead the legal, human resources, and information technology functions of a publicly traded company that provides innovative drone solutions for various industries. With over 20 years of experience in business law, corporate governance, and digital strategy, I am passionate about delivering value to the stakeholders and advancing the company's vision and mission. Before joining Draganfly in 2022, I held senior executive roles at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), where I was responsible for the legal framework, governance, compliance, and corporate secretary functions, as well as the technology and business transformation. I also served as the General Counsel at Aimia (Aeroplan), where I was a member of the executive leadership team and practiced in a variety of areas. In addition to my executive and legal career, I am an active board member and advisor for several organizations, including Arthritis Society Canada, Crewdle, Canadian Lawyer Magazine, and McGill Women's Mentoring Program. I have been recognized as a global counsel, a top Canadian general counsel, and a leader of a high-performing legal team. I hold an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors, and I am a lifelong learner who has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, University of Toronto, and Ivey Business School. I am also an ESG enthusiast who is committed to sustainability and social responsibility.
