Jo joined QBE as Head of Sustainability in September 2024, leading Sustainability Strategy and Delivery for the International Division which includes Europe, Asia, International Specialty and Global Reinsurance. She previously led the ESG and Climate Transition proposition for Aon's Strategy Consulting Business in London.

Jo's career has spanned both the energy sector and financial services, having started out as a High-Voltage Electrical Engineer before moving into financial services. She has a strong foundation in the size, scale and physical reality of the energy transition and keen interest in finding solutions to "insure the transition."
