Lara is the Legal AI Director at Norton Rose Fulbright, where she leads the firm’s AI strategy, including adoption, governance, and evaluation of new capabilities. Her work focuses on aligning AI with practice group and business services needs and embedding it into core legal and operational workflows.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Lara spent 10 years at Deloitte where she was based in Toronto, London, and Prague and advised clients in over 15 countries. She has led AI and data transformation programs, process optimization, and automation, with a focus on adoption and operational effectiveness.
