Martin Hasler is the Innovation Manager at VWV, where he leads the firm’s innovation initiatives. Over the past five years, he has worked across change management and innovation roles, building a track record of helping professional services teams adopt new ideas and technologies. At VWV, Martin’s focus is on making innovation a core part of the business. Martin works closely with colleagues at all levels—from partners to trainees—to embed practical innovation skills across the firm. This includes running frameworks and programmes that encourage experimentation, empower staff to solve problems, and share what works. Martin is especially interested in developing future talent and supporting innovation champions within the firm. By creating space for collaboration and hands-on learning, he aims to help VWV deliver the best outcomes for clients and staff alike.
