Studied law with focus on European and International law in Utrecht. After finishing my law study, I decided to study Politics with focus on International Relations at the University of Amsterdam. My first job was being a lawyer at Boekel De Nerée (now Dentons). Although I enjoyed learning and working there, I decided after a few years to start working at KLM. There I have been catched by the aviation legal virus. I got the chance to organize and create a legal department at Corendon, which I did for 5 years and now I am working for Transavia as General Counsel & Head of Industry Affairs since November 2017. In that role I am dealing with all the legal aspects (except for labour and tax law). Furthermore I am the secretary of the Supervisory Board as well.
