Melissa Muscat draws on her broad experience as a finance lawyer to help Mayer Brown’s US Banking & Finance practice stay at the forefront of financing issues and provide work product of the highest caliber. Melissa also develops form documents and other practice resources, designs and promotes legal and best practice policies, trains lawyers, and assists in the assessment and implementation of technology to maximize efficiency and promote the full application of the firm’s resources in serving client needs. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Melissa gained extensive experience in a variety of domestic and international financings and other investment transactions at global law firms in New York. Melissa has represented corporations, private equity sponsors and investment banks in a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, transportation, media and telecommunications, chemical storage, and food production.
