Max is the Senior Sustainability Manager, responsible for all elements of Shoosmiths' sustainability programme including net zero, community impact and the Shoosmiths Foundation. Max has led Shoosmiths transformation on sustainability, as laid out in a new sustainability strategy published in early 2025, which aims to deliver a low carbon law firm that enables a sustainable future for clients and communities.   Prior to joining Shoosmiths, Max led sustainability strategy development and implementation across a variety of public and private industries including finance, healthcare, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
