Michael Korn’s career has been dedicated to engaging and problem solving with legal professionals. Through his perspective as a former practicing attorney, he puts himself in the legal professional's shoes and delivers practical solutions that drive strategic value, efficiency, and process improvement. Michael utilizes his expertise in legal knowledge management, GenAI, operations, practice/project management, and legal tech to provide critical advice and to execute on initiatives. He drew upon his recent experience at McKinsey, where he directed the design, creation, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive legal knowledge platform for the global legal department (250+ attorneys). Michael understands how attorneys and legal professionals within legal departments and law firms work, what they need on a daily basis, and how to solve problems distinctive to the legal industry.
