Rebecca is a professional support lawyer in the banking team at Gateley. She focuses on developing precedent documents, delivering training, and updating the team and its clients on legal developments.

Before becoming a PSL, Rebecca gained extensive experience as a transactional banking lawyer acting for lenders and borrowers on leveraged finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending transactions. She also worked on secondment in the structured finance team of a major clearing bank.

Rebecca has a particular interest in developing legal technology (including document automation) and in expanding the ways in which knowledge management lawyers can help to provide support to external clients as well as within the firm.
