With over 20 years of professional services experience, Renee has been at the forefront of Dickinson Wright's data and AI transformation, leading the build-out of a modern data infrastructure that powers firm-wide analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and operational reporting. Her path to innovation is grounded in deep operational experience, having previously served as the firm's Director of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics and as Controller, bringing a financial and analytical rigor to her work that keeps strategy firmly connected to business outcomes. A registered CPA in Michigan, Renee holds a Master of Science in Accounting, certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma certification. She is passionate about making data and AI practical in a legal environment by translating complex capabilities into tools and processes that attorneys and business professionals can actually use.
