Sam Rosenthal is responsible for all facets of statistical data across the firm, including structure, quality, analysis, and delivery. Sam directs Foley Hoag’s legal project management, analytics, and financial systems teams. He manages Foley Hoag’s billing rate setting process, profitability analytics, and KPI delivery. Sam is also responsible for the firm’s financial dashboards, data warehouse, and report distribution. Before joining Foley Hoag, Sam spent five years at Analysis Group, where he constructed valuation models for intellectual property, M&A and antitrust litigation. Sam has passed all three levels of the CFA exam and is eligible for his charter upon CFA Institute approval of his work experience.
