Scott A. Milner is a Chambers-ranked litigator, legal entrepreneur, and global practice leader of Morgan Lewis’s Data Analytics & Governance (DAG) practice. For more than two decades, Scott has worked at the intersection of law, data, technology, and design, helping clients solve complex legal and business challenges involving eDiscovery, information governance, data analytics, legal data intelligence, AI, investigations, regulatory response, and transactional support. Under Scott’s leadership, DAG has grown into a lawyer-led, technology-powered practice that helps clients turn large, fragmented, and sensitive data sets into actionable insight. The team brings together lawyers, technologists, forensic analysts, data engineers, developers, project managers, and review professionals to design defensible workflows, reduce risk and cost, improve speed and accuracy, and support better decision-making.
