Sharon Jenman is Director of Knowledge Management, London, at McDermott Will & Schulte UK LLP, where she leads the knowledge, innovation and training functions in the London office. She has over 25 years' experience in global law firms, having previously held Head of Knowledge and senior knowledge roles at Skadden, Clifford Chance and Ashurst, and led the Public Companies and Markets teams at FromCounsel. She trained and practised as a corporate lawyer at Linklaters.  

 Her current work spans GenAI pilot programmes, socialisation and use case development, practice innovation, and the design and launch of McDermott KMatrix, a global platform integrating knowledge assets, legal technology, research and training tools. Sharon sits on the board of PRIME Commitment, the legal sector social mobility charity and is a Newnham Associate.
