She drives innovation through strategic partnerships, training initiatives and comprehensive change management strategies, with a focus on designing and maintaining sophisticated knowledge portals and interactive databases that offer unique reporting features and workflow optimization. A sought-after thought leader in the knowledge management space, Sarah is often called upon to discuss practice innovation, emerging technologies and legal project design and process. Sarah previously spent more than 15 years at an Am Law 10 firm, where she helped shepherd and champion the adoption of knowledge solutions. Before transitioning to knowledge leadership, Sarah began her legal career as an employment litigator with a focus on client counseling.
