Silvia LeBlanc is a legal knowledge-management and innovation leader with over two decades of experience driving practice improvement in major law firms. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Knowledge Management for McDermott Will & Schulte. She is passionate about designing and implementing systems that integrate firm data with legal knowledge, emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency, foster strong firm culture, and strengthen long-term competitive advantage.

Previously, she was Head of Knowledge for the Americas at Hogan Lovells, leading KM strategy, knowledge sharing, and cross-office collaboration across the region. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she evolved from a labor & employment attorney into the firm’s first Director of Knowledge Management.

Outside of her legal career, Silvia is deeply committed to community service — she serves on her school board as president, and she is a strong advocate for innovation in the public school system.
