Sophie Levy is a dual-qualified attorney (New York & France). For over a decade, she has represented corporates in complex, cross-border white-collar government investigations and prosecutions across diverse sectors, including aviation, energy, pharmaceuticals, luxury goods and banking. Her expertise encompasses French and U.S. anti-corruption legislation, tax fraud, money laundering, insider trading, economic sanctions and other market abuse offenses. Notably, Sophie represented Airbus S.E. in achieving a landmark, precedent-setting settlement with French, U.K., and U.S. authorities. She has also served as an independent compliance monitor for the World Bank, conducting a comprehensive review of a major French infrastructure company’s compliance program and delivering impactful recommendations for enhancement. Currently at Google, Sophie’s experience focuses on privacy and artificial intelligence regulatory investigations in the EMEA region.
