Sandra Smythe is Head of Knowledge Management at Farrer & Co, with over 20 years’ experience in knowledge management, legal tech and information management in law firms. As Head of Knowledge Management, Sandra is responsible for delivering the firm’s knowledge strategy and managing the firm’s knowledge management systems and processes, core KM team and the Library and Information service. She is co-chair of the firm's Generative AI working group and is a key member of the team shaping Gen AI strategy at Farrer & Co. She is also currently co-chair of the Library, Information and Knowledge Professional Level 7 apprenticeship trailblazer group and sits as a council member of the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians.
