Valentina is an attorney, currently in house with the role of Head Ethics and Compliance, and teaches at Sciences Po, her alma mater, classes on ethical business and the fight against corruption. She works extensively with Michel Sapin, former French Minister of Economy and author of the 2016 French anti-corruption act. She is an alumna of the Marshall Memorial Fellowship, the German Marshall Fund's flagship leadership program. One of her areas of research and action is the transatlantic dialogue in the fight against corruption. More recently, she has started a reflection on the use of AI in the legal field, adopting an approach that avoids extremism and orthodoxy.
