On the Ground: The Evolving Legal Psychedelic Ecosystem


The 2024 Psychedelic Law Summit builds on the Psychedelic Bar Association and Inside Practice’s inaugural 2022 event, focusing on the practice of law in psychedelics. Efforts to iterate a growing variety of psychedelic policy reforms continue to gain momentum across the United States and beyond. Firms, organizations, and individual practitioners continue to realign their practice resources and grow their professional networks in response.


For a range of professionals looking to enter the burgeoning business of psychedelics, offer various psychedelic services, or participate in the movement as an advocate, it will take more than simply incorporating lessons learned from cannabis and other rapidly changing emerging industries to ethically and holistically serve clients in this market, community, and dynamic environment in a way that reduces the possible risks - which are real - and enhances the well-established benefits of psychedelic healing.

The 2024 Summit will once again bring together leading subject matter experts from across the legal profession and the psychedelic ecosystem in a wide-ranging and dynamic reflection and discussion of the landscape.


Participants will actively participate, discuss and collaborate throughout the day’s programming and should plan to attend the entire day for the fullest experience of the content.


Together they will provide critical insights, analysis, and perspectives into the challenges, opportunities, and obligations that are evolving through the emergence of the rapidly growing legal psychedelic field.
