Alina Giżejowska is the partner the Sobczyk Law Office and is working there already for 23 years. Through years at Sobczyk she is involved in all areas of the practice in labour and employment. Firstly, litigations have been her primary area of focus, where she represented employers in disputes with employees and trade unions in entire spectrum of labour and employment matters. In recent years she has been involved in strategic work with clients. Regularly she takes part in drafting strategy of legal solutions as well as strategy in difficult and sensitive employees’ matters that include law provisions as well as considerations of business, personnel and social factors. She prepares internal company labour and employment regulations adjusted to clients’ needs and drafts of documents for both conducting individual or collective dismissals.
