Ka’sha Bernard (she/her) serves as LSCA's Assistant Director after years of working on climate and environmental justice issues across the United States. Before coming to LSCA, Ka’sha served as a Legal Organizer at the Center for International Environmental Law and a Legal Fellow at Crag Law Center in Portland, Oregon. Ka’sha graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2018 and Louisiana State University in 2014. She is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and currently resides in Washington, DC.
