Focused on building a client-centered culture, Michelle uses feedback data to uncover and share trends from feedback data, create service best practices, and enhance the client experience. S

he also runs the firm’s key client program, driving growth and loyalty through strategic account management and high-touch engagement. 

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Michelle held business development roles at two AmLaw 100 firms before joining McDermott in 2018.
